Job Title: Researcher(顾问助理)
职位描述
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry
- Update market information with consultants on timely basis
- Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes
- Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached
- Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or client when necessary
- Be assist to consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidate coordination, etc.
- Other tasks assigned
- 根据客户要求在特定行业对目标公司搜索市场信息, 及公司代数据库资料维护和更新
- 与人事顾问及时更新市场信息, 并分析理解客户的行业背景和需求描述
- 用有创造性且持续性的方式通过不同的渠道鉴别合适的候选人并获取他们的明确信息
- 通过电话面试筛选信息及初步评估候选人
- 在必要时根据人事顾问和客户的要求与候选人进行面对面的交流
- 协助人事顾问与候选人和客户协调时间,安排面试
- 其他被分配的任务
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management would be ideal
- Experience in Human resources management and consulting is a strong plus knowledge and skills in recruiting and interviewing
- Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reading and written English is required.
